Reo Stevens I Teahupoo

Reo Stevens has spent more than a month in Polynesia and he dreamed to finish his stay with a session at Teahupoo. Check what happens! The weather forecast announced perfect wind and good waves from south / southwest. The swell was there on time but no wind on the spot. While Shawn Briley was getting tube after tube, Reo was crazy with impatience. After more than two hours waiting on the spot, the wind began to blow as announced. Reo Stevens expressed his talent in front of Shawn, impressed for the first time by a kite surfer. Tim McKenna immortalized those magical moments and got the cover of Kiteworld September magazine. Kitesurf Trip of one week in March 13 with Billy Kite - the Belgian Kitesurf Shop - The Team had crazy conditions upon arrival with perfect swell and wind at Punta Preta and a super in shape Mitu shredding like a madman fat lipped monster waves. Following that excellent session, we surfed Canoa at mid sized waves and had an excellent day at Kite Beach with 2m faces and 20-25 knots of SideOn wind. Rest of the week was quieter with still good swell and some standup and surf sessions at Monte Leon and a bit of kiting around. We loved the trip and we had epic night parties! Thanks Billy Kite!

HIDDEN LINES - Chapter II - San Blas Islands

After a lot of fun and epic kitesurf action in Chapter I of Hidden Lines, Youri Zoon, Kevin Langeree and Nick Jacobsen set out to travel the San Blas Islands.
In the second chapter they encounter the oldest indian tribe on earth in a place that can be best described as kitesurfer's paradise. Their adventure continues with ups and downs where Nick Jacobsen finds himself ending up in a hospital.
They also try out something totally new; kitesurfing in the dark. In pitch black darkness, armed with neon lighted suits, they kiteboard into the night relying on their instinct and experience.
